Master Chefs Training Diplomas

Seeking to encourage the highest standards of training in the UK.

To the younger chef

  • Do you wish you had something more than an NVQ qualification to put in your CV?
  • Would you like recognition for all those hours you’ve spent training to become a chef? Could you show us just how good you are?

To the Master Chef

  • Do you remember the old 706’s with pride?
  • Did you train through day release and work experience?
  • Do you wish there was something like the old 706’s to tell you just how skilled a young chef really is?

If so, then this is a chance to offer members of your brigade the opportunity to show us their culinary ability and receive a Diploma they will be really proud of and that recognises the skills they have learnt working with you!
